Check out both these websites to find walking trails near you as well as family events! They include walk distance, difficulty, and price (most have no cost). Great for the whole family to get in shape!
3. Zumba – Latin Dance the Weight Off and Make it a Party!
This fitness program can burn anywhere 500 to 1000 calories a class. Zumba infuses Latin dance to create a fun high-energy work out. Classes usually range from $10-$15.
