Goodwill is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Career Center Coach at our Greenwich Goodwill location. A Career Center Coach assists Goodwill Career Center clients in accessing information and resources necessary to acquire career related information, to develop a career plan, and to find and retain employment.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual – English and Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education or related field, or a combination of an Associate’s degree with two years practical work experience or professional certification. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience working with adults, preferably in vocational programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
Able to engage adult learners, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, organized.
Able to multi-task.
Salary: $14.50/hour
