CT Health I-Team is presenting a community forum called Get Health Wise: The Benefits Of Preventive Care on on Wednesday, Oct 7, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Artists Collective, 1200 Albany Ave. in Hartford.
The forum will bring together leaders in preventive care in the fields of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, mental health and primary care to empower you to improve your health.
